Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Birmingham.
Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the site. This is part time permanent role working a total of 15 hours per week on Monday - Friday 6AM-9AM

Key responsibilities will include:
- Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Cleaning bathroom facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
- Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
Key requirements:
- Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the site staff
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
- Due to the location, there's no public transport so access to your own vehicle is required
