General Factory Cleaner

Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated General Factory Cleaner – to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Cheadle, ST10.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. 

This is a Full Time Permanent role working Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 12noon ( paid breaks ) with an immediate start

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, covering all aspects. 
  • Factory floor cleaning, including wiping surfaces, mopping, and touchpoints. 
  • Litter picking and bin emptying.
  • Moving of the euro bins within the area 
  • Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas

 Key requirements will include :

  • Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important 
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
