Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Enfield. You will be working across multiple educational sites playing an important role in maintaining the external grounds, to ensure the conditions of the sites are well kept for students and visitors.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. The hours of work are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
- General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
- Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
- Basic flower bed maintenance
- Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery
Key requirements:
- A Full UK driving licence
- Professional grounds maintenance/gardening experience
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
