Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group is seeking an Industrial Labourer to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our B2B Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including:- Steel bed platforms, equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Role x 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm however times may differ so flexibility is a must, plus the option of overtime at the weekend

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning up the production line of a steel cutting machine
- Use of sledgehammers & electrical tools
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must report any issues to supervisor
Skills & Key requirements include:
- This is a very physical job so good health/fitness is a must
- Able to use electrical Industrial cleaning machinery
- Must be able to read and write English due to paperwork
- Able to work alone and as a team
