Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Part-time Office Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace Cleaning Team at our client’s manufacturer site of building materials and construction systems based in Queensferry, Deeside – CH5.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.


Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. 


This is a Part-Time Permanent role, 12.5 hours per week – working Monday to Friday, 4.30pm – 7pm  * Transport advantage due to the location of the site or you live locally

Key Responsibilities will include:

To handle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, covering all aspects. 

  • Including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
  • Cleaning toilet facilities & washrooms 
  • Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas 
  • Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas 
  • Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

 

Key requirements will include:

  • Own transport would be an advantage due to the location of the site
  • Good knowledge , experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment. 
  • Knowledge of COSHH, Chemicals, Coloured cloths and risk assessments.
  • Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage 
  • Experience with working to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
