Property Manager

Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Homes Team and manage a portfolio of homes across Brent and the surrounding areas. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent housing management service across a mixed-tenure portfolio including affordable housing, social housing and shared ownership properties. Working closely with residents, clients and stakeholders, the successful candidate will take ownership of their patch, ensuring high service standards are maintained while fostering positive communities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience within housing management, residential lettings or the wider property sector and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. They will be an organised and self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing a varied workload and building effective partnerships with residents, contractors and clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, with a good understanding of housing management practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards across their portfolio.

This is a hybrid role and a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Who We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall tenancy journey and management of the site and act as the main point of contact for all residents 
  • Management of the site service charge budget and deliver yearly reporting for end of year service charge accounts.
  • To carry out all building management duties for the portfolio including general repairs, monitor defects and estate services such as tendering for contractors including cleaning, gardening and monthly PPM tasks 
  • To co-ordinate the day to day running of the building, liaising with tenants to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
  • To undertake inspections to check upon the condition of the buildings and grounds, monitoring, consulting and supervising contractors on a weekly basis and provide a report.
  • To progress the mobilisation of contracts and undertake duties to onboard properties into management at lease out stage.
  • To carry out all property management duties including move in and move out, deposit release negotiations and general tenancy administration.

Key requirements:

  • Strong understanding of affordable rent unit management, residential lettings, and up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practice.
  • Proven experience in front-line housing management, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to manage the full range of housing management tasks, including voids, sign-ups, estate inspections, and repair reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Possesses CIH / ARLA qualification or similar, or willing to undertake such qualifications.
    Valid UK driving license with access to own vehicle
