Asset Administrator

Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Asset Administrator to ensure data accuracy and quality and deliver reliable and high-standard reports to our clients. In this role you will be in charge of updating the small works trackers, ensure all reports relating to replacements, damage and vandalism are collated and liaise with colleagues to log all updates onto the system.

You will be joining our Total FM team based in . The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract and offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and responsibility for the FF&E Schedules and Asset Registers for contracts within the SE Region. 
  • To ensure all Vandalism/Damage Reports impacted on FF&E/Assets are collated and saved on SharePoint for record keeping.
  • To ensure all Asset Disposal Forms/ANOC’s are collated and saved on SharePoint for record keeping.
  • To assist with carrying out FF&E and Asset Annual Inspection including Asset Tagging and ensure all Schedules are updated accurately against Room Data Sheets.
  • To be able to highlight any operational and financial risk associated with the provision of FF&E across the contracts.
  • To transfer hard copy documents electronically onto SharePoint.


Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Administration and Data Capture 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, quality driven approach.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills. 
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
