Job Introduction
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to coordinate and deliver a range of marketing activities and campaigns across the company. In this role, you will provide administrative and project support to the Marketing & Communications Team.
Our Central Services team provides expert support across our business – from governance, compliance and business development to finance, marketing, HR, and IT. By partnering with our frontline operations, they help drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement – all in support of our mission to Transform Communities, Change Lives.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract running until the 01/07/2027.

Who we’re looking for

Key responsibilities:
- Design and production of in-house communications materials (print and digital), including brochures, newsletters, leaflets, presentations and advertisements
- Desktop publishing to update and generate branded content in line with guidelines for the various brands managed by the team
- Provide assistance to the Marketing and Communications team on day-to-day projects and planning
- Act as a brand guardian and be a point of contact for staff branding queries
- Gather news stories for local, trade and national press releases
- Assist with the maintenance of all Pinnacle Group websites, intranet and social media platforms
- Assist with communications campaigns
- Assist in the general organisation, realisation and coordination of events as required
- Assist with brand management activity
Key requirements:
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative with a good grasp of design concept
- Videography and audio editing and production is desirable
