Mobile Cleaner

Job Introduction

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Aylesbury. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service ensuring communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Due to the mobile nature of this role, a Full UK driving license is required

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors, landings and bin stores.
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting and litter picking to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
  • Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.

Key requirements:

  • Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
  • Good understanding of cleaning equipment, materials and safe working practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • A full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 1 year
